Terrible customer service. The lady at the counter who is fairly short, has a mushroom type haircut and looks about 40ish has a terrible attitude towards customers. She demanded that we write the tip down and stood there watching as we wrote it. I also saw her mocking another customer who offered a low tip with her colleagues. Management, if you are reading this review please ensure that this behavior doesnt continue.
